Requirements:
- 1 year of current and proven TCAC, HUD, and Section 8 experience
- Tax Credit experience is a must
- Lease-up experience
- Great customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license & active auto insurance
- Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (summer) and 8am-5pm (winter)
