Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality and reliability strategies to ensure platform meeting quality and reliability requirements.
  • Drive adherence to release criteria, perform risk assessments, and define quality and reliability goals.
  • Identify and drive platform and process improvements for current and future platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience in system integration, quality and reliability, engineering validation, and server software (OS, BIOS, FW).
  • Knowledge of SW and HW design flows, product development processes, and validation testing.
  • Experience in application of statistics, and data analysis.
  • Experience making and presenting technically sound, data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with customers for identification and resolution of product quality and reliability issues/concerns.
  • Knowledge in the design of experiments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional development teams.
  • Experience using quality and reliability simulation and prediction tools.
