About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Design Professional 2 to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative learning solutions that drive business results and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality learning content, including course materials, job aids, and performance support tools.
  • Analyze content and determine the most effective solution to address knowledge or performance gaps.
  • Write effective learning objectives and coordinate performance assessments to measure training effectiveness.
  • Ensure course materials are current and relevant to training needs.
  • Track and analyze the training program's effectiveness by examining learner satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and improving job performance.
  • Provide instruction and guidance to facilitators.
  • Know how to use collaborative tools to facilitate learning.
  • Plan, organize, and develop training curricula, materials, job performance aids, and programs to meet specific training needs.
  • Partner collaboratively and cohesively within and across teams, subject matter experts, business leaders, and stakeholders to determine whether learning solutions are necessary or relevant.
  • Create and execute design and project plans.
  • May facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning to varied audiences within multiple skill sets.
  • Conduct continuous learning/research into the most current best practices for the learning experience and design.
Requirements
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Learning and Performance, Education, Organizational Development, or a combination of education and/or 2+ years' work experience.
  • Experience in learning strategies and adult learning theories.
  • Proficient in the use of learning design software, including but not limited to Articulate 360 and/or Captivate, Vyond, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Audacity, and Kahoot.
  • Ability to share design portfolio of previous work.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically.
  • Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
  • Process development expertise.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and flexibility in a fluid and dynamic environment with changing processes and priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple details simultaneously, and the ability to move between strategic and tactical work.
  • This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and, therefore, requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience measuring learning solutions and tying them to performance.
  • Experience in publishing to and maintaining an LMS.
  • Progressive strategic and operational experience.
  • Strong performance orientation around selling, sales goals, and metrics.
  • Work experience in a health care and/or insurance setting.
