Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is essential; experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment while utilizing various computer applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
