Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is essential; experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment while utilizing various computer applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
