As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in planning, designing, launching, and managing efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organization functions and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- System Management: Define business, financial, and operations requirements and system goals by engaging decision makers, system owners, and end users in the process.
- System Management: Responsible for the reliable and functional day-to-day performance of assigned business systems. Serve as the primary contact for assigned systems.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve system and process problems and identify processes that can improve or further leverage these systems.
- Change Management: Review all enhancement and change requests that relate to assigned systems.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate all vendor or internal resources making changes to assigned systems.
- Project Management: Manage planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects.
- Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
- User Support: Coordinate user training of assigned business systems.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with departmental, corporate, and governmental policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field (desired).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of work experience in systems analysis, requirements definition, system design, and/or system implementation.
- Skills: Extensive practical knowledge of importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, etc.
- Skills: Experience with ETL, ERP, CRM, Salesforce, Power BI, SAS, and General Ledger.
- Skills: Ability to interact with a diverse user base in a competent and professional manner.
- Skills: Ability to coordinate and manage system upgrades across a broad geographical base.
- Skills: Experience with system quality assurance (QA) and testing methodologies.
- Skills: Vendor management experience.
- Skills: Problem resolution skills.
