Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Services Supervisor to oversee the effective operation and exceptional customer service of the housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in designated areas.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of staff.
  • Assist in scheduling housekeeping personnel.
  • Assign specific work areas and project tasks to team members.

  • Provide guidance and motivation to team members.

  • Support housekeepers as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities in both individual and group settings.
  • Ability to manage staff effectively through a collaborative approach.
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Preferred certification in sterile processing (CRCST) or similar.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Associate's degree is preferred.
