We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Crothall Services Group, Inc. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Empty and clean trash containers, and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
  • Make up beds and change linens as required, and realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
  • Respond to guest queries and requests, and respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
  • Contribute to team efforts, and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.

Requirements:

Previous customer service and retail experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
