Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Home2Suites Philadelphia Convention Center. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among staff members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, with a focus on housekeeping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and supervision, with experience in staff development and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
