Maintenance Technician II

Viva Senior Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
This role is responsible for maintaining the physical plant and grounds of our senior living community. Key responsibilities include:
- Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance: Assist with completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Facilities Management: Provide building and grounds maintenance, as assigned by the Environmental Services Director, in accordance with community policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. We also require annual verification of a negative TB skin test and proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations).
Additional requirements include:
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress.
- Ability to see, hear, or use prosthetics to function adequately.
