Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient services and contributing to the success of our wellness center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide World-Class Service: Greet patients, check them in, and ensure a smooth experience throughout their visit.
  • Sales and Marketing: Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients and grow our membership base.
  • Transaction Management: Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and maintain accurate patient accounts.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with patients, respond to their needs, and resolve any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with our team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, fast-paced environment.
  • Office Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, ensuring a professional atmosphere for patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Sales Experience: At least one year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in point-of-sale software and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Physical Demands: Able to stand and/or sit for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a high level of energy and productivity.
