As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate support to our customers, while working closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Enter all incoming orders and dollar/return credits timely and accurately via the ERP system
* Process and follow-up on inquiries, resolve problems, and expedite orders as requested by customers and sales representatives
* Administrative processing of invoices, shipping information, and Docuware
* Prepare requests such as customer quotations, letters, sample requests, and MSDS requests as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

* A minimum of four (4) years related customer service/administrative assistant experience
* Must be detailed oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Excellent grammar and writing skills
* Prior experience in SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred
* PC skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Typing skills of 50-60 w.p.m. and good data entry skills
* Sales support background preferred
* Strong PC Skills include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* High school graduate, some college preferred
* General understanding of B2B/EDI distribution preferred
