The consultant will provide strategic recommendations aimed at minimizing the Total Cost of Risk for client property assets.

This role is remote and available in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform property risk assessment surveys across diverse sectors
  • Observe and document fire safety system evaluations
  • Examine client facilities for potential property damage
  • Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies
  • Offer technical assistance to international branches
  • Conduct fire safety consulting visits
  • Analyze architectural designs for fire safety compliance
  • Investigate fire incidents and assist in insurance renewal processes
  • Formulate cost-effective risk management strategies
  • Support construction initiatives to ensure fire safety regulations are met

Qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting with HPR Property Insurance Company
  • Knowledge of manufacturing-related hazards
  • Familiarity with COPE data
  • Understanding of NFPA and/or FM Global standards
  • Self-motivated and organized with strong communication abilities
  • Physically capable and willing to travel
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5 years of relevant HPR experience
