Job Summary:

MaineGeneral Health is seeking a highly trained cataract surgeon to join our eye center in Central Maine. As a Physician in an affiliated medical practice, you will provide medical services to patients in an assigned area. Our practice is made up of 2 other hospital-employed ophthalmologists and a community general ophthalmologist, providing the latest in high-tech surgical eye procedures, including laser eye surgery, eyelid plastic surgery, tear duct surgery, and cataract implant surgery for both adults and children.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide medical services to patients in an assigned area
Perform cataract surgery and other eye procedures
Develop subspecialties in glaucoma or cornea
