Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage document scanning, data control records, and shipment documents
- Verify data accuracy and completeness
- Work with the Shipping department to ensure complete documentation is provided to customers
- Manage and facilitate internal and external systems
- Perform additional tasks to support the Quality Assurance Department
- College degree in Quality or Engineering preferred
- 3+ years' experience in Quality Assurance/Control or other relevant experience
- Ability to promote and foster a Continuous Improvement culture
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
