Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Interior Design Advice and Product Expertise: Offer expert guidance on interior design trends, product selection, and installation to our clients.
  • Facilitate Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients, from initial consultation to final installation.
  • Drive Sales and Specifications: Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to drive sales and specifications, while maintaining a strong relationship with our clients.
  • Prospect for New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with custom builders, residential designers, and other industry professionals.
  • Maintain Showroom Samples and Merchandising: Ensure our showroom is always stocked with the latest products and displays, and that our samples are up-to-date and accurately represented.
  • Plan and Host Showroom Tours and Events: Organize and host showroom tours and events to showcase our products and services to industry professionals and potential clients.
Requirements
  • Four-Year Degree in a Related Field: A degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Four Years of Related Experience: Alternatively, four years of experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or interior design, is required.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, as well as experience with customer management tools.
