Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address students' specific needs and goals.
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in individual and group settings, focusing on areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech therapy goals into students' academic and social-emotional development.
  • Monitor student progress, adjust intervention strategies as needed, and maintain accurate documentation to track outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Kansas state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
