Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in students. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to students individually and in groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student success and ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Missouri state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is a significant asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
