About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements
  • Current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required upon hire.
  • Training in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within 6 months of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Moderate and Deep Sedation, EKG course, and NIHSS Stroke certifications required within 30 days of hire.
  • 2 years' experience in Emergency Department preferred, or 1 year Paramedic, EMT, or ED Tech experience combined with 1 year RN experience.
