About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Med/Surge unit at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with various medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current state RN license and a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Experience in a Med/Surge unit or a similar setting, with a strong background in patient care and assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months of hire
