We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our medical center.
Key Responsibilities- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- RN License in the State of AZ or another compact state.
- ACLS required upon hire.
