Role Summary:
We are currently seeking applications for the position of Patient Care Assistant (PCA).

Position Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the assigned Nurse Supervisor, the Patient Care Assistant will:
1. Perform essential resident/patient care tasks and related services to ensure the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients are met.
2. Contribute to creating a positive physical, social, and psychological atmosphere while adhering to all center policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
1. Successfully complete an accredited nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program.
2. Demonstrate the ability to interact positively and effectively with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and fellow staff members.
3. Exhibit a genuine interest and positive attitude towards working with long-term care residents/patients and the elderly.
4. Possess proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
5. Meet all health requirements as mandated by law.
