Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care and create a compassionate environment for our residents. You will empower our patients, recognizing their ability to make their own choices while guiding them with kindness and understanding through challenging times.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to residents in a safe and secure environment.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the charge nurse.
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and other personal care needs.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Participate in activities and functions as directed.
  • Complete certified nursing assistant records documenting care provided.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course.
  • Current Nursing Assistant Certifications in the state of employment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
