Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and prospecting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements:
* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the waste and recycling industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
