Floral Specialist

At Sweet Flower, we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and enjoyable customer experience in our stores. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers feel welcome and supported throughout their shopping experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers, plants, and other products to meet their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, back room, and visual presentation areas.
• Uphold inventory control procedures, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and rotated to minimize waste and loss.
• Process sales transactions, handle customer complaints, and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new releases and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.

• 2-3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work well on a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a part-time position, non-exempt. Days and hours of work vary by schedule. Evening and weekend work may be required as schedule demands.
