Each interaction is an opportunity to demonstrate Teleflora's dedication to outstanding customer service. Proficiency in both French and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

Assist our clients with their inquiries, requests, product acquisitions, and any issues they may encounter.

Incoming inquiries may include, but are not limited to:

  • Monthly billing statements
  • Floral orders
  • Product orders
  • Directory modifications
  • Co-op advertising requests
  • Wire order guarantee disputes
  • Credit card deposits
  • EFT deposits
  • Credit card product and equipment orders
  • Troubleshooting credit card equipment
  • Web hosting inquiries
  • Technology support

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
