Assist our clients with their inquiries, requests, product acquisitions, and any issues they may encounter.

Incoming inquiries may include, but are not limited to:

  • Monthly billing statements
  • Floral orders
  • Product orders
  • Directory modifications
  • Co-op advertising requests
  • Wire order guarantee disputes
  • Credit card deposits
  • EFT deposits
  • Credit card product and equipment orders
  • Troubleshooting credit card equipment
  • Web hosting inquiries
  • Technology support

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
