Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician role is essential for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the community. This position requires a positive and professional demeanor while assisting residents with their service requests, preparing vacant units for new occupants, and performing various hands-on maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all aspects of unit preparation work in line with established timelines and procedures.
  • Address service requests for occupied units promptly, adhering to company and community standards independently.
  • Perform grounds maintenance and housekeeping duties as necessary.
  • Engage in preventative maintenance initiatives and ongoing repairs across all community areas to ensure asset preservation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant certifications (CPO, CMRP, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Thorough understanding of general maintenance processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with tools, common appliances, and devices.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
Compensation

Hourly Rate: $23 - $25

Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
