Job Title: Warranty Repair Specialist

The Warranty Repair Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in the repair of technical apparel and equipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair technical apparel and equipment to as close to original condition as possible
  • Undertake thorough inspections to identify defects and damage
  • Utilize specialized equipment and machinery to restore products to their original state
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of related professional experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of The North Face & Jansport products
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under time constraints
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of single-needle, double-needle, hot-press, grommet and snap machines preferred
