Key Responsibilities

As a Quotes and Contracts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success by coordinating the preparation of quotes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing, and maintaining contracts in SAP according to compliance rules.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate the preparation of quotes in accordance with customer requests and validate all information provided.
  • Manage the approval flow of open quotes to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Assist in identifying and preparing parts for quotation, coordinate with pricing managers to obtain missing or up-to-date pricing data, and resolve problems that develop.
  • Create and maintain contracts in SAP, provide regular reporting of contracts and contract profitability, and serve as a point of contact for activities in your area of responsibility.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and native Polish (French is an advantage).
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with experience in procurement, sourcing, and public procurement processes highly desired.
  • Advanced level of MS Office skills and knowledge of SAP is desired.
  • Able to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and people at different levels in a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrate innovative approaches or solutions to solve challenges and be a team player who is highly responsible and committed.
