  • $25-$29 per hour starting wage, depending on experience
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus*
  • No prior experience necessary; we provide paid CDL training
  • Hours guarantee, paid holidays, and additional hours available
  • Child ride-along program and no nights or weekends

About the School Bus Driver Position

  • Support the safe transportation of students to and from school
  • Utilize industry-leading technology to navigate daily routes
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle maintenance
  • Provide assistance to students during boarding and exiting the bus

School Bus Driver Qualifications

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers encouraged to apply
