Company Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to provide top-notch administrative support to our team located in the Washington, DC area. This is an onsite position.

Job Description

  • Ensure all visitors sign in and receive a badge.
  • Answer all phone calls, screen and direct calls accordingly.
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies and snacks for multiple office locations.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, and other staff as directed, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain multiple Conference room calendars and provide resources needed for meetings.
  • Create interview packets and materials as needed.
  • Manage the distribution of Parking and Transit benefits for all employees.
  • Manage all Telcon Accounts - work with PMs to assign and distribute Telcon lines accordingly.
  • Work closely with Building Manager, Engineer, and Security to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Attend meetings accordingly.
  • Maintain a welcoming, comfortable, organized environment for employees and visitors.
  • Support the recruitment process as needed.
