About the Role

BICP is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. As a key member of our Data Products Delivery team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of reporting and analytics products across a focused area of the business value stream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data product details and translate complex business problem statements into analysis requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data architecture solutions, including data profiling, data quality, and root cause analysis.
  • Design and implement data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Python/R libraries.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring accurate and consistent results.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business requirements, data architecture solutions, and business processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data products and solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in omnichannel/digital commerce, reporting and analytics, or supply chain.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud environments such as Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis results to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and principles such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban.
