Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the director to lead a team of nurses and medical professionals
  • Participate in department and hospital strategic planning
  • Implement new programs and services to improve patient care
  • Maintain an effective competency and staff development program
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including payroll, department expenses, and personnel issues
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit preferred
