Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the director to develop and implement departmental and hospital-wide strategic plans
  • Lead a team of medical professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Maintain an effective competency and staff development program
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including payroll, department expenses, and personnel issues
  • Create a positive work environment and lead by example
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Two years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of the unit
