We are in search of a dynamic business leader to take on the role of President/CEO for two of our network companies within the restaurant sector in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the president for two small enterprises in the restaurant sector.
- Oversee all aspects of business strategy, operations, and P&L management.
- Lead a seasoned team of existing employee owners.
- Collaborating with the bookkeeper to make informed decisions regarding ongoing expenses and capital investments, enhancing efficiencies, and establishing business metrics.
- Driving business growth through marketing initiatives, outreach, and the development of new product lines and accounts.
- Managing HR-related personnel issues, staff conflicts, employee performance evaluations, salary adjustments, and bonuses.
- Evaluating business practices and methods, while promoting team development and growth opportunities.
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Partnering with Teamshares and fellow shareholders throughout the transition to employee ownership, coaching them to understand how adopting an ownership mindset can lead to improved business outcomes and company culture.
- Being a growth-oriented leader who enjoys collaborating with employee owners to enhance company operations and broaden revenue streams.
