Responsibilities

Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements

High School Diploma, college courses in accounting preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
Ability to type 60-65 wpm and 10-key by touch
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
