Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage multiple construction crews and projects simultaneously
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor and control project budgets and costs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts and address issues
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
