Role Summary

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, validating, and consolidating financial data on a global scale for service-related functions, facilitating monthly reporting, Annual Operating Plans, and rolling forecasts.
  • Linking financial insights to planning and productivity initiatives.
  • Identifying and analyzing variances against forecasts, budgets, and historical expenditures, while proactively seeking opportunities for enhancement.
  • Continuously improving operational efficiency through collaborative practices across various functions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a multinational corporation.
  • A willingness to engage in complex financial and business modeling tasks.
  • Familiarity with SAP's BW/BI (Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence) module is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools, with the ability to utilize pivot tables and analyze data effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
