Position Summary:

Responsible for setting up and operating machinery to manufacture flex joint components and assemblies while ensuring product quality at every stage.

Work Schedule:

  • Second Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM (10% pay differential)
  • Initial Training on First Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to work instructions for setting up and operating welding, CNC lathe, and band saw machinery.
  • Utilize metal and tube forming equipment for component manufacturing.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products.
  • Maintain machinery and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Keep the workspace organized and comply with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights between 25-45 lbs.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Must meet U.S. person status requirements.
