About the Role
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing front office operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our dental team. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be invaluable in maintaining our high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient schedules, appointments, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process financial transactions, manage insurance claims, and handle patient billing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to learn new systems as needed.
