Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Club Concierge to join our team at Planet Fitness - Duo Fit, LLC. As a Club Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our club.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet members, prospective members, and guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, processing transactions, and updating member accounts.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club's facilities, including restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness areas.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Background: 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups.

Estimated Salary: $13-$16 per hour based on experience and location.
