Job Overview

Position: Manufacturing Production Specialist – Hydrocal Finish (2nd/3rd Shift, Full-Time)

Compensation: $24.71/hour - $28.71/hour

Shift Differential: Additional $1.50/hour for 2nd shift and $2.00/hour for 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with all safety and cleanliness protocols within a production environment.
  • Operate and manage production machinery, including diagnosing issues and making necessary adjustments to meet product and quality standards.
  • Document production metrics and other required data accurately.
  • Utilize basic maintenance skills to assist in equipment servicing.
  • Engage actively in all safety and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by management.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, including shift work, overtime, and weekend assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and adhere to all safety and housekeeping regulations.
  • Willingness to learn how to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
  • Capability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting are required.
  • Proficient in taking measurements to ensure product compliance with specifications.
  • Possess fundamental maintenance skills and familiarity with common hand tools (e.g., hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is expected.

Compensation may vary based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
