The Associate Launch Manager will be responsible for managing the program proactively, ensuring timing and objectives are met for all customer milestones. This includes identifying and communicating impediments to successful completion, interfacing with functional disciplines and departments, and ensuring adherence to the Product Development and Program Launch System (PDPLS).

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, with 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, or related fields. Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, as well as the ability to interface and communicate effectively with customers and the Methode core team.
