Sales Support Associate III

Sales Support Associate Job Description
The Sales Support Associate role is a vital part of the store's overall success and efficiency, requiring direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers.
Key responsibilities include greeting customers with a smile and offering assistance, interacting genuinely and naturally with customers, and reading cues to determine their needs.
Additional tasks include maintaining accuracy when operating POS, organizing and cleaning the cash wrap, and suggesting multiple add-ons and selling gift cards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of cash register systems
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Working Conditions
The Sales Support Associate will work in a retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues, and will be required to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays high retail traffic and sales days.
