Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through the development and implementation of effective test strategies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that test strategies and procedures are aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and develop test fixtures, test equipment, and other tools to support testing activities.
  • Conduct testing and analysis to identify and troubleshoot defects and issues.
  • Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on testing procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that testing strategies and procedures are current and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with manufacturing test measurements, including voltage, current, and power analyzers.
  • Familiarity with test fixture design and implementation.
  • Experience with 3D modeling and 3D printing.
  • Strong CAD and mechanical fabrication skills.
  • Knowledge of lean techniques and principles.
