Job Title: Patient Flow Manager

The estimated annual salary for this role is $113,963.20 - $128,419.20.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage nursing staff and day-to-day operations of the assigned area or program.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Current Texas RN license.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of specialty.
  • 2 years of management experience.
  • Above-average verbal communication and report writing skills.
