Job Overview

INTRODUCTION TO THIS POSITION

At One Way Wireless Construction, Inc., we are recognized leaders in the development of cellular telecommunications infrastructures. Our comprehensive services in installation, testing, and maintenance have established us as the preferred contractor for our clients. This role is under the supervision of the Fleet Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment, which includes small engine machinery, skid loaders, excavators, pickup trucks, and trailers.
  • Manage inventory effectively.
  • Transport materials as required.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of drug testing, pre-employment physical, and background checks is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools is required.
  • Demonstrated reliability and regular attendance are expected.
  • Professional communication with team members and supervisors is necessary.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are important.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Travel Expectations:

  • Occasional local travel may be necessary.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and sit while moving, transporting, and positioning objects weighing 50 pounds or more in various weather conditions.
  • Frequent use of hand and power tools is necessary.

Benefits Overview:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) matching, health insurance, health savings accounts, dental and vision insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a referral program. The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $25, depending on qualifications.
