Job Summary

ResourceMFG is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Machine Maintenance Mechanic II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Identify and resolve complex mechanical issues with machinery, processes, and facilities to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Electrical Systems Maintenance: Construct, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control and distribution systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Spare Parts Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables to ensure prompt repair and replacement of equipment.
  • Installation and Programming: Install additional phones and network drops, including programming of voicemail and phone switch to support our communication infrastructure.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • System Operations: Operate systems required for security, fire, and life safety to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Train lower-skilled workers in required areas to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Meetings and Compliance: Attend meetings or programs required by plant management or regulatory bodies to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and compliance requirements.

This is a direct hire position with a competitive hourly rate.
