Plasma Donation Center Medical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled medical professional to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people. As a Plasma Donation Center Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors while providing exceptional customer service.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will be educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Licensed Vocation Nurse. You will have current CPR certification and possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with donors and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform physical examinations and establish medical history to determine donor suitability.
- Ensure donor and staff confidentiality.
- Provide donor education regarding general health and counseling on unacceptable test results.
- Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events.
In addition to the necessary qualifications, we offer a competitive pay scale of $35-$37 per hour for LPNs and $48-$50 per hour for RNs, depending on training, education, and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, up to 5% 401K match, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holiday pay, and opportunities to participate in our company bonus program.
