Job Description:
  We are seeking a skilled Call Center Operations Specialist to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound telephone calls for all hospital campuses in accordance with established procedures, customer service standards, and department metrics.

Responsibilities:
  - Respond to inbound telephone calls from patients and families
  - Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  - Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  - Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  
Work Environment:
  You will work in a fast-paced call center environment, providing exceptional customer service to patients and families. Our call center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and tools to support your success.

Requirements:
  - High school diploma or equivalent required
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  - Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (based on location and experience)
