Job Title: Delivery Specialist

The Making A Difference Foundation is seeking an experienced Delivery Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by delivering vital goods and services directly to their doorstep. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our services.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a valid Washington State Driver's License (CDL preferred) and a good driving record. You will be responsible for safely transporting donations from vendors and other community donors to our clients, including disabled and elderly individuals. In addition to driving duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our vehicles through routine cleaning, fueling, and inspection schedules.

Responsibilities:
* Safely transport donations from vendors and other community donors to our clients* Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our vehicles* Perform duties in the warehouse during non-driving times, including sorting, stocking, bagging, and clean-up* Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards* Develop good working relationships with internal and external clients* Work effectively under stressful conditions* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk up one flight of stairs* Experience driving large vehicles; experience with box trucks is a plus* Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends*

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent* Valid Washington State Driver's License (CDL preferred)* Good driving record* Washington State Driving Record from the Department of Licensing (must be provided prior to hiring)* Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations* Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external clients* Demonstrated ability to work effectively under stressful conditions* Proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk up one flight of stairs* Experience driving large vehicles; experience with box trucks is a plus* Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends*

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. Benefits include health care, retirement plans, life insurance, paid time off, family leave, short term and long term disability, training and development opportunities, and more.
